Culham Court
A Grade II listed Georgian house in South Oxfordshire, with origins as a mid-eighteenth-century vicarage and a serpentine south front added in 1816. The work removes a series of unsympathetic twentieth-century side extensions and replaces them with new single-storey wings designed to sit quietly against the historic fabric. Internal alterations restore legibility to the principal rooms and reopen the relationship between house and garden. Interiors in collaboration with Matthew Shang Design Office; landscape with Phillippa May.
