A Grade II listed terraced house in the Victoria Park Conservation Area in East London, refurbished and extended for a young family. The existing plan was tightly compartmented, with a narrow kitchen and a bathroom set awkwardly between dining room and back room. The work strips the ground floor back to a single connected sequence — sitting, dining, kitchen — opening to the garden through a modest brick side-infill extension. A new basement adds storage and utility space below. New brickwork and detailing match the existing fabric. Completed 2017.
