Two restaurants set back to back within a converted shophouse in Singapore, sharing a structure but quite different in register. Hamamoto is a twelve-seat omakase counter in brushed hinoki, dark-stained oak, and white ash, arranged around the chef as a stage. Revolver is a contemporary Indian grill organised around an open hearth, with mosaic stone, bronze mirrors and ink-blue leather.
